Not the prettiest section of our magazine but we always tried to give our advertisers some love.
Published as an intern
When I was hired as an intern for Philadelphia Style magazine I had perfect timing. The fashion editor was let go after my first week and I knew it was my chance to step up to the plate and prove that I could work really hard. That summer I had so many amazing opportunities to have hands on experience in the industry and it ended up landing me my first job out of college with the same magazine. Attached is my first published piece during my internship. I also blogged for the magazine's web site during Fashion Week.

Fashion still-life pages
For the below pieces I coordinated the pulling of all samples, edited the pieces and styled on set with the Art Director and photographer's. I also wrote the hed, dek's and crediting information.
